Health priority to Stay fit at home

For a good health, the most difficult thing for people staying at home is to adapt new routine. It is like switching from crawling to running to breaking an old routine.
You need to motivate yourself with the new normal habits. Rising early in the morning is itself a bonus for health even if possible do a simple 20 to 30 minutes workout.
It not a big deal to create a space in even a little house. Just move the furniture and sofa aside or removing kitchen table out of the way will create you a gym. Do basic exercise routine that moves the body up and down, side to side with some rotation will do the job.
It is important to stay fit and healthy, both mentally and physically, while you are at home. Just slow down hazels, think of this period of confinement as an opportunity rather than a arduous nightmare. This is the time you need to simplify your routine more than ever. A good nutrition and mind and body fitness shouldn’t be complicated ever if it is pandemic or not. Just tune into what your body needs in terms of food and nutrition is to be moderate.

A seven to eight hours sleep a day will help you be calm and immune to fight infections.  Because without a regular and good sleep our body tends to create fewer cytokines the proteins which help the body to regulate  immunity and inflammation.
